We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic and winning team. Client satisfaction is core to our business, as a Sales Coordinator you will leverage your outstanding communication skills to “wow” our clients on each engagement. You will be working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, challenging, and supportive environment. The Sales Coordinator provides support to a team of Account Managers and interacts with various departments, clients, and vendors.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with vendor partners and manufacturers to ensure we’re providing the most competitive pricing
  • Purchasing of hardware, software, and services required by clients and ITW
  • Maintain accurate forecasting in CRM including asset management and renewal tracking
  • Maintain and monitor internal and client tickets in CRM
  • Billing of products and managed services for clients
  • Responsible for quoting and advocating the full range of service offerings and technology products that IT Weapons offers, primarily through phone and email, including processing of orders, tracking and fulfillment of requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service to every client and prospect
  • Researching upon request new/existing products and technologies
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and vendor training sessions; retaining and acting on new product and service knowledge

What You Need

  • College Diploma or equivalent education
  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience using a CRM system and selling IT services and technology products
  • Experience with IT services and technology product contract renewals is considered an asset
  • Product knowledge with Citrix, HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft and VMware, Lenovo
  • Candidates must have a valid Canadian driver’s license and 24/7 access to a vehicle
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to process and ability to work independently
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills – time management, multi task, prioritization etc. while being flexible to constant change
  • Able to meet timeline targets while maintaining productivity and efficiency metrics
  • Ability liaise with clients, vendors, partners and all levels of the organization
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and industry certifications
  • Regular evenings and occasional weekend work as required (e.g. client events)
  • Travel to client/vendor sites and sales meetings (0-25%)
  • Ability to work with a variety of challenging clients and communicating with all levels of leadership (including C-level executives)
